SHIPPING & HANDLING
Dispatch Timeline Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Personalised items may require additional processing time and may be dispatched separately from standard items.
Free Shipping Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹449 within India.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS for your convenience.
Split Deliveries Orders containing both personalised and standard items may arrive in separate parcels. Non-personalised items may be delivered first, followed by personalised pieces once ready.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
15-Day Return Policy We accept returns on all unused and unworn items within 15 days of delivery. Returns are not applicable on personalised jewellery, coins, utensils, and God idols unless the item received is defective or damaged. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
Refund Policy Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse. All refunds are processed strictly at the original purchase price as stated on your invoice. Current prices or market fluctuations will not affect the refund value.
Replacement & Exchange Replacements and exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. A replacement is dispatched only after the original item has been picked up and verified.
Missing Items in Returns If a returned package contains fewer items than claimed, ERA JEWELLERS reserves the right to deduct the value of the missing product — including promotional items and free gifts — from the refund amount.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be requested to return the item through an alternate courier (e.g., India Post). Shipping reimbursement may be provided up to ₹70. Any additional shipping cost may be adjusted against the refund amount.
RETURN PROCESS — STEP BY STEP
- Initiate Your Return: Submit a return request through our website or contact customer support for assistance.
- Stay Available for Pickup: Please remain available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the courier partner. Missed pickups may need to be rescheduled and could extend the processing timeline.
- Empty Parcel / Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or notice a missing product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete 360-degree unpacking video. Claims without sufficient evidence or with signs of tampering may not be accepted.
- Refund Issued: Once the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed based on the original invoice price.
